The registration deadline has been extended to 9 February!

The Bizkaia Provincial Council, together with those of Alava and Gipuzkoa, the Basque Government and Euskalit, collaborates in the 3K Programme to improve management in the field of sport.

In 2026, the 19th edition of the 3K Programme will begin, a training/action initiative organised and subsidised by the three Provincial Councils and the Basque Government and coordinated by Euskalit-Gestión Avanzada, the aim of which is to help improve the management of sports organisations in the Basque Autonomous Community based on an advanced management model.

This is a multi-annual programme lasting three years (potentially less if a proven level of management maturity can be demonstrated), which aims to enable organisations, through training sessions/workshops and the completion of a series of practical exercises, to understand and develop within their own organisations the key aspects and good practices of advanced management.

Organisations that successfully complete the programme will be eligible for the Advanced Management Diploma as recognition of their commitment to continuous improvement.

WHAT IS IT AND WHO IS AIMED AT?

  1. It is a programme designed to help sports organisations in Bizkaia improve their management.
  2. The main target groups for this programme are: Sports federations, clubs and sports associations, schools, parents’ associations, municipal sports boards or institutes, sports companies or facilities as well as any other type of sports organisations.
  3. It lasts for three years, although it can be delivered in other formats (please enquire).
  4. It involves an approximate commitment of around 40 hours per year.
  5. It is made up of different workshops (some online and others in person).
  6. We will analyse the current situation of each organisation and help you to improve its practices.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Just a pinch of commitment and effort. IT’S FREE!

  2. Saving time in your management.
  3. Organisation and updating
  4. We help you create a comprehensive management plan.
  5. Eligible for scoring in certain grants from the Bizkaia Provincial Council (please enquire).
