On Thursday, we presented the report and Action Plan resulting from the Technical Assistance Service for municipalities in Bizkaia in relation to people with functional diversity and their involvement in sport, carried out jointly by Haszten and the Bizkaia Provincial Council.

This work reflects the municipality’s commitment to inclusion, equity and equal opportunities, moving towards a fairer society through sport.

The diagnostic report forms part of the service promoted by the Directorate-General for Sport of the Department of Basque Language, Culture and Sports of the Bizkaia Provincial Council, an initiative that aligns perfectly with the Kirolur programme, the network that strives towards a more inclusive sports model in Bizkaia.

We appreciate the commitment of Basauri City Council and look to the future with enthusiasm, a future in which everyone can enjoy quality access to sport and physical activity.
