Purpose

In this 9th Seminar Series on Sport Psychology and Physical Activity, the focus will be on inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities in sport, understood as fundamental pillars for promoting the well-being, performance and personal development of everyone.

  • 17:00-17:15: Welcome and introduction:
    • Carlos Sergio Achotegi. Director General for Sport. Bizkaia Provincial Council
    • Ainhoa Eguren Andrés. Manager, College of Psychology of Bizkaia
  • 17:15-18:30: Presentation: “Foundations for promoting inclusive and safe sport, prioritising physical and mental health"
    • Speaker: Ainhoa Azurmendi Echegaray. PhD in Psychology, sport consultant at Avento since 2005 and lecturer in sport psychology at EHU.
    • Moderator: Physical Activity and Sport Psychology Commission of COP Bizkaia.
  • 18:30-19:00: BREAK
  • 19:00-20:15: Round table: “Sport without labels: living with diversity”

    Speakers:

    • Ainhoa Azurmendi Echegaray. PhD in Psychology, sport consultant at Avento since 2005 and lecturer in sport psychology at EHU.
    • Ismail Razga. Multi-discipline athlete combining athletics, trail running and other endurance disciplines.
    • Sergio López Carazo. President and coach of the Javi Conde Paralympic Athletics Club Javi Conde.
