We are bringing to a close a year of work in which this programme has continued to grow, adding municipalities, interest and commitment to more inclusive sport in Bizkaia. A shared journey that continues to take shape step by step.

In this context, we have presented the diagnostic report on adapted sport and physical activity in Muskiz, a process that stands out for the cross-cutting approach with which the municipality has embraced the project and for the clear determination to build a realistic roadmap towards a sport and physical activity accessibility plan for people with disabilities.

This work places the emphasis on the empowerment of municipal structures and on the creation of a sustainable model capable of generating real and lasting change.

This process forms part of the service promoted by the Bizkaia Provincial Council and the Department of Basque Language, Culture and Sports, and is part of Kirolur, the network that works towards a more inclusive sports model in Bizkaia.
